NEW 2016-17 STAFF:  Development and Special Events

I am a mom of two FCHS graduates and I love this school! I have found a place where I feel most called to serve in God’s kingdom because I believe in paying it forward. Faith Christian Academy was a huge part of our daughters’ development years in middle school and high school and it continues to be the place where I am most deeply rooted in relationships. I am grateful for the opportunity to invest in a community where I can witness the glory of God in and through staff, students and families whose desire is to raise up a generation of Christ followers!

I’ve been a part of Faith Christian Academy as a wife, mother, and teacher since the school’s inception in 1972 as Jesus Center.  My greatest joy is to watch students become excited about their learning. At the end of the year, I hear my students making statements such as, “I remember when I thought the Cell Unit was so hard. I can’t believe all I have learned.”

HS Staff Spotlight - Eric Hellwig

EricHellwigTeaching for me is more of a ministry than an occupation. It is about changing lives and connecting with kids. This is my 32nd year teaching and my sixth year at Faith Christian.
